An easy way to capture and manage the list of growing online accounts is to use a cheat sheet where you list all of your usernames and passcodes. Feel free to use this Excel worksheet to create a system that works for your needs.

Recommendations:

1. Store this on a thumb drive, not on your hard drive or in the cloud,  unless you plan on encrypting the file. Please know that encrypting your file may prevent you from getting back to it.
2. Print out a copy and keep it near your computer for easy access and updates.
3. Tell someone you trust where this information is located.
